Intentions and Roadblocks

Web is a fascinating thing. People present their information to the outside world using all kinds of formats. I also would like to present my information to my family, my friends and the outside world using such a fascinating tool.

My intention to enroll in the course is to learn more on web design. I have created my web pages. When I made them, I found many people used frame, so I used frame for my web pages. I do not know how to create a web page that is suitable to my own characteristics. On the web, we can use any color we want on the pages, but it is difficult to choose proper colors to be compatible with each other and make the page beautiful. From my own experience, I know I need to learn more about the web design, therefore, I choose the course.

At the same time, after my graduation, I hope I can find a job on web design or something that relate to the Internet or web development. I think the course can build the fundamental knowledge for my future career. From the first class, I know the course will teach the techniques about design, managing a web design project and some other techniques relating to the web design, which are really what I want to learn.

The instructor always says that the course will be very intensive and ask for more time. From the point, I think the road blocks that hinder me are the time schedule, so I will try to balance my schedule and make as much effort as I can. The course is about designing, which is something relating to art, so I am afraid that other road blocks that hinder me are something about art, such as sensitivity about color, imagination and creativity. I hope under the instruction of the teacher, I can improve my abilities on all these three aspects.

Above all, I think the course is good, and I will try my best on the course.
